What we do – and who we’re looking forYou can join us as a Claims Handler, Customer Service Expert or in a whole host of other roles that are all about delivering brilliant service and shaping the way we work with customers. You’ll need to show empathy as you’ll be advising and supporting people who may have just experienced a car accident, a flood or a health diagnosis. So, you’ll need to be a calm presence in a time of stress, able to carry a conversation and convey vital information.
