Capgemini’s Relaunch Programme is aimed at anyone who has taken a career break of between 2 and 10 years for whatever reason. Talented professionals are supported back into the business by providing a tailored 6-month programme to help refresh and update existing skills as well as developing confidence. Bringing a Returner into the business provides a fresh way of attracting experienced talent that may otherwise have felt unemployable having been away from the workforce for a period of time. It’s a great way to tap into a pool of under utilised skilled people.

The Programme will provide:

Initial 6-month, fixed-term contract with a view to becoming a permanent employee.

Four Returners coaching sessions over the 6-month period.

Tailored L&D plan devised with the business to support the Returner back in the workforce.

Support network of existing Returners

As with all employees we aim to offer flexibility for the right candidate if the role allows and we support a variety of working patterns. We only place candidates into live roles.
