Returners Programme at dunnhumby

A returnship is a 6-month placement that supports mid-to-senior level, professional and experienced women back into the workplace after an extended career break.

This is an untapped talent pool, as there are often many barriers and biases that prevent a successful return to work. Our six returnees will join us in September 2021, working across the areas of data science, data consulting, product management, UX design and engineering.
